This position is based in either Irvine, CA, or Washington, D.C., and involves close collaboration with various operational teams to evaluate and enhance compliance processes.

Key responsibilities include developing and reviewing policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with DFARS requirements. The analyst conducts internal reviews of accounting practices, assists in implementing process improvements, and documents findings to support briefings to leadership and government auditors. Additionally, the role involves preparing reports related to internal document statuses and system compliance.

Candidates should possess a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in government accounting or contracting. Direct knowledge of DFARS contractor business systems and CAS is essential.
