Anduril Industries is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to lead engagements with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and ensure audit readiness, contract integrity, and compliance across autonomous aircraft, drones, ground control systems, and integrated government-owned equipment. This role serves as the critical bridge between regulatory oversight and internal program success, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and federal expectations.

Key responsibilities include acting as the primary liaison with DCMA personnel, managing correspondence, audits, and site interactions for assigned programs. The Compliance Program Manager will work with program teams to develop strategies that meet DCMA requirements, maintain a strategic understanding of all DCMA engagements, and cultivate high-trust relationships through proactive communication. Additional duties involve forecasting and tracking DCMA engagements, delivering engagement summaries and executive briefings, conducting pre-audit reviews, and partnering with Program and Product Managers to address DCMA findings.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of direct DCMA engagement experience. Outstanding program management skills, a strong understanding of FAR/DFARS, AS9100, and defense quality frameworks are essential. Experience in aerospace, defense, engineering, manufacturing, or quality in aircraft product development and complex production process management is required. The candidate must have proven experience interfacing with DCMA or other federal contract oversight agencies and be able to obtain and hold a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance.

Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in Engineering or an MBA, 2+ years of management consulting experience, and 5-7 years of experience in process development based on federal regulatory requirements. Strong knowledge of CAPA and data processes, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, AS6500) is advantageous. Certifications such as Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP, or defense quality credentials are preferred. Experience in a start-up or growth-stage defense contractor environment and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment are also desirable.

Anduril Industries offers a competitive salary range of $146,000 to $194,000 per year, along with comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans at little to no cost to employees. The company covers the full cost of medical insurance premiums for employees and their dependents. Additional benefits include income protection through life and disability insurance, generous time off with highly competitive PTO plans, and a holiday hiatus in December. Caregiver and wellness leave is available to care for family members, bond with a new baby, or address personal medical needs.
