Senior Analyst, Government Compliance

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Analyst, Government Compliance to join our dynamic finance team at our headquarters in Irvine, CA, or Washington, D.C. This role is integral to ensuring our adherence to the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), reflecting our commitment to excellence in defense technology.

The Senior Analyst will develop and implement policies and procedures compliant with DFARS contractor business systems, conduct internal reviews to ensure regulatory alignment, and assist operational teams in enhancing processes for efficiency and audit readiness. Responsibilities also include documenting findings, supporting leadership briefings, and participating in government audits.

Candidates should possess a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with over five years of experience in government accounting or contracting, including direct knowledge of DFARS contractor business systems and CAS. Proficiency in auditing, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with multifunctional teams are essential. U.S. citizenship is required due to access to export-controlled information.
