Candidates should have over seven years of sales experience in quota-carrying roles, with at least two years in the manufacturing sector and three years selling to Fortune 500 companies. A strong understanding of manufacturing or engineering is highly preferred. The role requires the ability to travel up to 30-50% of the time, proficiency in virtual presentations, and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce. Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a bachelor's degree are also required.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $150,000 annually, plus commission, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
