The Senior Account Executive, Enterprise at Xometry is responsible for driving sales of technical products and services to Fortune 500 customers. This role focuses on strategic revenue growth by initiating and building relationships with engineering staff, program management, procurement, and executive management. The position requires a deep understanding of customer needs, from prototype parts to full production requirements, to effectively demonstrate the value of Xometry's offerings.

Key responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities within existing enterprise accounts. The Senior Account Executive will set up sales calls for company executives and engineers with prospective clients, qualify potential leads, and work closely with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. Ensuring accurate data entry and management within the company's CRM system is also essential. Additionally, the role involves proposing winning solutions, negotiating contract terms, and participating in ongoing training and mentoring programs.

Candidates should have at least 7 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying and closing role, with a minimum of 2 years selling technical products or services in the manufacturing space. Experience selling into Fortune 500 companies for at least 3 years is required. A demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing or engineering is highly preferred. The role requires the ability to travel up to 30-50% of the time and proficiency in in-person and virtual presentations. Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting, and CRM systems like Salesforce is necessary. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a results-driven attitude are essential. A bachelor's degree is required.

The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $125,000 to $150,000 annually, plus commission, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
