Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
Wellhub is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our Martech team in Brazil. This remote position offers the opportunity to work from anywhere within the country. As the primary technical architect and strategic lead for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, you will play a pivotal role in bridging complex technical implementations with business objectives. Your contributions will directly impact the development of scalable, automated customer journeys that enhance enrollment and partner success.
In this role, you will oversee the daily management of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including maintaining the Business Unit hierarchy, managing user permissions, ensuring SAP/Private Domain health, and controlling costs. You will design and maintain complex workflows in Automation Studio and Journey Builder, utilizing SQL for advanced segmentation and Ampscript/SSJS for dynamic content personalization. Collaborating closely with global Marketing and Sales teams, you will translate business requirements into technical blueprints for automated client and partner journeys. Additionally, you will monitor data extensions and integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, oversee A/B testing frameworks, and provide performance reports with actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with mandatory proficiency in SQL (Data Views, Joins) and Ampscript. A solid understanding of HTML/CSS for email rendering and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) is essential. Familiarity with the Salesforce CRM connector (MC Connect) is also required. We are looking for a logical thinker who enjoys solving complex data flow challenges and automated journeys. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory for this global role, with fluency preferred. The candidate should be comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and proactive in identifying platform inefficiencies before they become obstacles.
