Sales & Service Manager - Town Center Plaza
The Sales & Service Manager at ALO's Town Center Plaza location in Leawood, Kansas, is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for implementing ALO's business and guest experience strategies. Additionally, the role involves representing the business in meetings, managing budgets and reports, and planning for optimal store performance.
Candidates should possess 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience, proficiency in MS Office applications, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The role demands agility in handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, a strong independent work ethic, and personal accountability. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform various physical movements, and stand for entire shifts. Alignment with ALO's guiding principles is essential.
