Sales & Service Manager - The Shops at Clearfork
The Sales & Service Manager at ALO's The Shops at Clearfork location is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for bringing ALO's business and guest experience strategies to life in-store. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, enhancing guest experiences, and developing team talent in alignment with ALO's guiding principles. The position requires constant movement throughout the store, including the sales floor and back of house, to ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
Key responsibilities include investigating and addressing sales opportunities, overseeing the Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and building daily client relationships. The manager ensures effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and leads selling initiatives. Additionally, they partner with the General Manager to develop and implement the store's Sales & Service strategy.
The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. They should be agile, capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, and demonstrate a strong independent work ethic. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move for entire shifts, and perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
