The manager is tasked with building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring effective sales floor coverage, and developing workforce solutions to meet business objectives. Additionally, the role involves representing the business in meetings, managing budgets and reports, and planning for optimal performance.

Candidates should possess 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience, proficiency in MS Office applications, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The role demands agility in handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, a strong work ethic, and the ability to move constantly around the store. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform various physical movements, and stand for entire shifts.

Compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 to $76,000 annually, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
