Sales & Service Manager - Jordan Creek
The Sales & Service Manager at ALO is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for implementing the company's business and guest experience strategies within the Jordan Creek location. This role focuses on achieving business targets, enhancing sales performance, and elevating the overall guest experience, aligning with ALO's guiding principles. The position requires active engagement throughout the store, including both the sales floor and back-of-house areas, ensuring a dynamic and inviting environment for guests.
Key responsibilities include investigating and addressing sales opportunities in collaboration with the General Manager, overseeing the Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, and developing workforce solutions to ensure effective sales floor coverage. The manager is also tasked with representing the business in meetings, managing budgets and business data, and planning workflows to maintain optimal store performance. Additionally, the role involves leading the team through continuous coaching, talent development, and effective communication, as well as establishing recruitment strategies and writing schedules that align with business objectives.
Candidates should possess 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience, proficiency in MS Office applications, and strong interpersonal and communication skills. The role demands agility in handling multiple tasks within a changing environment, an independent work ethic, and personal accountability. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform various physical movements such as bending and climbing, and the capacity to stand and move throughout an entire shift. Alignment with ALO's guiding principles is essential.
Compensation for this position includes a base pay range of $32.00 to $36.06 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, potentially increasing total compensation.
