Sales & Service Manager - Fashion Place Mall
The Sales & Service Manager at ALO's Fashion Place Mall location in Murray, Utah, plays a pivotal role in bringing the company's business and guest experience strategies to life within the store. This position is integral to the store leadership team, focusing on achieving business targets, enhancing sales, and elevating the guest experience, all while upholding ALO's guiding principles. The role demands constant movement throughout the store, including the sales floor and back of house, ensuring the store remains clean, safe, inviting, and operates efficiently.
Key responsibilities include investigating and addressing sales opportunities by partnering with the General Manager to identify and resolve process or system gaps. The manager oversees the Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, assesses guest connections and product education levels, and provides feedback and coaching to team members. Additionally, the role involves building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions, and leading selling initiatives as needed. Collaborating with the General Manager, the manager develops and implements the store's Sales & Service strategy.
The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience, with proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. The role requires agility to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, an independent work ethic, strong time management skills, and personal accountability. Physical requirements include the ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds, as well as the capacity to stand and move throughout an entire shift.
Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 annually.
