Sales & Service Manager - CF Rideau Centre

On a day-to-day basis, the Sales & Service Manager drives store operations by motivating team members, proactively engaging with customers, and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include overseeing customer service standards, managing floor coverage, ensuring visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines, and leading daily meetings to communicate priorities. This role also plays a crucial part in recruiting, training, and developing retail associates.

Qualified candidates will have at least two years of leadership experience in a retail environment, ideally within the apparel or lifestyle sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to coach and inspire a team in a fast-paced setting.
