The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience, with a strong understanding of business metrics and strategic planning. Proficiency in MS Office applications, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment are essential. A commitment to ALO's guiding principles and the physical capability to perform store duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for entire shifts, are also required.
