Sales & Service Lead - Westchester
The Sales & Service Lead at ALO is a pivotal role focused on enhancing the guest experience within our Westchester location. This position is responsible for driving engagement, educating guests about our products, and fostering a service-oriented environment that distinguishes ALO from other retailers. Key responsibilities include leading exceptional guest experiences by assessing and improving guest connections and product education, providing feedback and coaching to team members, and building client relationships daily. The role also involves analyzing reports to strategize and deliver results, implementing action plans to address areas needing improvement, and ensuring effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making skills, and a receptiveness to feedback. High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to integrate fun into work are essential. Self-motivation, a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team, and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are also required. Alignment with ALO's guiding principles is crucial.
Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, which may increase total compensation.
