This role is primarily focused on driving sales performance and ensuring operational excellence on the sales floor. The Sales & Service Lead actively assists customers, resolves issues, and handles inquiries, while also mentoring and supporting associates. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing daily store operations, maintaining brand presentation standards, managing point-of-sale transactions, and collaborating with the management team to achieve store goals.
Ideal candidates for this position will have previous retail or customer service experience, strong leadership and communication abilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for promoting the Alo brand.
