Sales & Service Lead - The Summit at Fritz Farm

The Sales & Service Lead at Alo Yoga's Summit at Fritz Farm location plays a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience. This position is responsible for driving engagement, educating guests about products, and fostering a service-oriented environment that distinguishes Alo from other retailers.

Key responsibilities include leading exceptional guest interactions on the sales floor, assessing and improving team performance through feedback and coaching, analyzing reports to strategize and deliver results, and ensuring effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making skills, a receptiveness to feedback, high energy and enthusiasm, self-motivation with a desire to achieve results, and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Alignment with Alo's guiding principles is essential.
