The Sales & Service Lead at ALO's The Shops at La Cantera location plays a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience. This position is central to achieving engagement targets, providing guest education, and fostering a service-oriented environment that distinguishes ALO from other retailers. Key responsibilities include leading exceptional guest experiences by assessing and improving guest connections and product education, analyzing reports to strategize and deliver results, and ensuring effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives. The role also involves partnering with Operations & Visual Managers to manage reporting, budgets, inventory control, and facilities, as well as overseeing Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers, focusing on recruitment and talent development.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making skills, and a receptiveness to feedback. A self-motivated attitude with a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team is essential. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are required, along with alignment with ALO's guiding principles. The role demands constant movement around the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move for an entire shift.
