The Sales & Service Lead at ALO is a pivotal role focused on enhancing the guest experience at the Merrick Park location. This position involves leading the sales floor team to ensure exceptional customer engagement, product education, and creating a welcoming environment that distinguishes ALO from other retailers. The role is integral to upholding ALO's commitment to mindful movement and community enrichment.

Key responsibilities include leading the sales team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, analyzing sales reports to develop and implement strategies for growth, and ensuring effective sales floor coverage through workforce planning. The Sales & Service Lead also partners with the Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, inventory control, and facilities maintenance, demonstrating strong business acumen to support business-driving strategies.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making skills, and a high-energy, enthusiastic approach to integrating fun and work. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential, along with alignment with ALO's guiding principles. The position requires full-time availability, including variable shifts, peak days, and weekends, especially during the company's Blackout period from Thanksgiving week through the first week of January.

Compensation for this role includes a base pay ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
