Sales & Service Lead - Manhattan Village
The Sales & Service Lead at ALO is a pivotal role focused on enhancing the guest experience within the Manhattan Village store. This position is integral to achieving engagement targets, providing guest education, and fostering a service-oriented environment that distinguishes ALO from other retailers. The role requires a dynamic individual who can create a sanctuary for guests, aligning with ALO's mission of mindful movement and community betterment.
Key responsibilities include leading exceptional guest experiences by assessing guest connections and product education, and coaching team members to address any gaps. The Lead will build and maintain client relationships, analyze reports to strategize and implement action plans for growth, and ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives. Additionally, the role involves partnering with the Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, inventory control, and facilities to maximize efficiency.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making capabilities. The role demands high energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to integrate fun with work. Self-motivation, a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team, and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are essential. Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, potentially increasing total compensation.
