Sales & Service Lead - Houston Galleria
The Sales & Service Lead at ALO's Houston Galleria location plays a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience and driving the store's success. This position is central to implementing ALO's business and guest engagement strategies, ensuring that the store stands out as a sanctuary for mindful movement and community connection.
Key responsibilities include leading the sales floor to deliver exceptional guest interactions, providing technical product education, and coaching team members to address service gaps. The role also involves analyzing sales reports to strategize and implement action plans, ensuring effective sales floor coverage, and collaborating with the Operations & Visual Manager to manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, proven leadership capabilities, and excellent decision-making skills. High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to integrate fun into work are essential. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are required, along with alignment with ALO's guiding principles.
