The Sales & Service Lead at ALO is a pivotal role focused on enhancing the guest experience within the Cherry Hill store. This position is integral to achieving engagement targets, providing guest education, and fostering a service-oriented environment that distinguishes ALO from other retailers.

Key responsibilities include leading exceptional guest interactions on the sales floor, assessing and improving team performance through feedback and coaching, and analyzing reports to strategize and implement action plans that address areas needing improvement and highlight growth opportunities. The role also involves ensuring effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making skills, and a high-energy, enthusiastic approach that integrates fun and work. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential, along with alignment with ALO's guiding principles.

Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, which may increase total compensation.
