The Sales & Service Lead at ALO's Brickell City Centre location plays a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience. This position is responsible for driving engagement, educating guests about products, and fostering a service-oriented environment that distinguishes ALO from other retailers. Key responsibilities include leading exceptional guest experiences by assessing and improving guest connections and product education. The Sales & Service Lead will build and maintain client relationships, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, and ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives. Additionally, the role involves partnering with the Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, inventory control, and facilities to maximize efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have over two years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making skills. They should value feedback, be receptive to receiving and providing it, and possess high energy and enthusiasm with the ability to integrate fun and work. Self-motivation, a desire to achieve results, and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are essential. Alignment with ALO's guiding principles is also required.
