StarCompliance is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support its Go-to-Market (GTM) organization and collaborate closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This role is integral to scaling the revenue organization and will serve as a strategic partner to the CRO, overseeing key revenue operations functions. The position is based in the Northeast, specifically between New Jersey and the DC Metro Area, with a remote work setup that includes occasional in-person meetings.

In this role, the Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing pipeline health, forecasting processes, territory planning, quota management, and revenue reporting to support business growth. They will partner with the CRO as a trusted strategic advisor, providing executive reporting, business insights, and operational support for planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and board preparation. Additionally, the manager will own and optimize the Salesforce environment, ensuring CRM data integrity, process efficiency, user adoption, reporting, and system administration. They will also drive go-to-market planning through territory design, total addressable market (TAM) and serviceable available market (SAM) analysis, sales capacity planning, pricing support, and quota modeling. Collaboration with Finance and Accounting is essential to support bookings forecasting, renewals tracking, commission administration, and revenue reporting. The manager will develop dashboards and analytics that provide actionable insights into pipeline performance, sales productivity, marketing attribution, and business performance. Identifying and implementing AI and automation opportunities to streamline sales processes, improve data quality, and increase operational efficiency will also be a key responsibility. Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, and Customer Success teams is crucial to improve revenue processes and support strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy within a B2B SaaS environment. Proven experience in owning the full Sales Operations function, including Salesforce administration, forecasting, quotas, territories, and commissions, is essential. Advanced expertise in with hands-on experience managing CRM configuration, data integrity, dashboards, workflows, and integrations across the GTM tech stack, is required. Strong analytical skills with experience building forecasts, pipeline and renewal reporting, compensation tracking, and executive-level business insights to support strategic decision-making are necessary. Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, campaign performance, and operational efficiency is important. Demonstrated ability to leverage automation and AI tools to streamline processes, improve data quality, and reduce manual work across the revenue organization is a plus. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive operational excellence, are crucial.
