Additionally, the role involves partnering closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Campaign Management to streamline processes and enhance conversion rates.

Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 6+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years leading a team or managing a sales pod. Proven success in driving outbound sales and full-cycle new business acquisition is essential. Preferred experience includes selling digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS solutions. Strong business acumen, an analytical mindset, and CRM fluency (Salesforce required) are also necessary. The candidate should be a clear, confident communicator who thrives in a goal-driven culture and leads by example.

The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $72,000-$115,000 annually, plus commission, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
