The Sales Manager sets and manages sales quotas, maintains a structured coaching cadence to review pipeline health and deal strategy, and identifies performance gaps early, taking action through coaching plans and training. Additionally, the role involves partnering closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Campaign Management to streamline handoffs, improve processes, and enhance conversion rates.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with over six years of B2B sales experience, including at least two years leading a team or managing a sales pod. Proven success in driving outbound sales and full-cycle new business acquisition is essential. Experience selling digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS solutions is preferred. Strong business acumen, an analytical mindset, and CRM fluency, particularly with Salesforce, are required. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales talent in a fast-paced, evolving environment and be a clear, confident communicator who thrives in a goal-driven culture.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $72,000 to $115,000 annually, plus commission, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
