Ensuring CRM hygiene and full adoption of sales tools for accurate forecasting is essential.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with over six years of B2B sales experience, including at least two years in a leadership role. Proven success in outbound sales and full-cycle new business acquisition is required. Experience selling digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS solutions is preferred. Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, are necessary. The ability to coach and develop sales talent in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
The estimated base salary range for this role is $72,000 to $115,000 annually, plus commission, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
