Sales Manager
Point Digital Finance, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead a high-performing B2C sales team in a fast-paced, call center environment. This role involves managing inside sales representatives and account managers, driving performance across a high-volume pipeline of homeowner leads. The position will begin remotely and transition to a hybrid schedule, requiring at least one day per week in the Las Vegas office once it opens.
Key responsibilities include managing daily operations of the inside sales team, ensuring consistent coverage, and partnering with account managers to navigate complex homeowner scenarios. The manager will set and manage monthly sales targets, evaluate performance through reporting and call reviews, and coach team members to improve conversion rates and revenue attainment. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing monthly sales training plans, hiring and onboarding new account managers, and leading call center sales initiatives to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience, along with over five years of experience in sales management, focusing on performance management for telephonic sales teams. Experience in real estate, mortgage, or HELOC industries is strongly preferred. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to analyze performance data, identify trends, and drive operational improvements. Strong decision-making skills, experience managing remote teams, and effective conflict resolution abilities are essential. The role requires obtaining and maintaining a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license within 60 days of the start date, with Point covering all associated costs.
