As a Sales Manager, Mid-Market for the Greater China region at Similarweb, you will be instrumental in expanding the company's market presence by developing and managing relationships with mid-market accounts. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and enhancing the company's footprint in the Greater China market.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing deals. You will be expected to meet quarterly sales quotas by generating revenue from outbound mid-market and enterprise prospects within your designated vertical sector. Collaborating closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Sales Development, Solution Engineering, Contracting, and Implementation, you will work to spark outbound interest and navigate the sales process effectively. Additionally, maintaining accurate forecasts and managing sales activities in Salesforce will be essential to your day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in a quota-carrying new business commercial role, with at least two years of consistency in previous positions. Experience in Greater China mid-market or enterprise sales is required, along with native proficiency in Mandarin; professional fluency in Cantonese is considered a benefit. A background in SaaS, data, market research, or analytics sales is preferred. A proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment, the ability to confidently present in both Chinese and English, and a clear understanding of current digital marketing trends are also essential qualifications.
