Talon.One is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Sales Development team in Boston, MA. This team is instrumental in identifying and understanding potential customers' needs, assisting them in enhancing their loyalty and promotions strategies, and directly contributing to their business growth. The role involves managing a territory, utilizing data intelligence to identify and prioritize target accounts, and engaging with C-suite prospects to showcase the value of Talon.One's solutions.

Key responsibilities include researching accounts strategically and creating effective communication plans using multiple channels such as phone, email, LinkedIn, and video. The SDR will collaborate with professionals in Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to foster innovation and creativity. Engaging with C-suite decision-makers to discuss their business goals and marketing challenges is a central aspect of the role. The position also offers exposure to a wide range of industries within the US and broader AMER region, expanding the candidate's expertise and impact.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and confident in making cold calls. A results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in goal-oriented environments is essential. While previous experience in a similar sales role is preferred, we also value individuals with high-performance backgrounds such as performing arts, military, or elite sports. Strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of how to prioritize, research opportunities, and position products that align with customer needs are crucial. Motivation by measurable outcomes and meeting KPIs is expected.

The estimated total compensation for this role is $85,000 per year, comprising base salary and commission. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, and location. The salary range is subject to change and may be adjusted at any time.

Talon.One offers an uncapped commission plan, allowing SDRs to continue earning beyond their quota. We prioritize internal promotions, offering career progression after 18-24 months in the role for high performers. Additionally, employees receive support from leadership to equip them with the skills needed for advancement. Other benefits include a $1,200 annual learning budget, unlimited paid time off, flexible working hours, a $350 home office setup budget, and a $50 monthly home office allowance. Employees also have the freedom to work from abroad for up to 90 days worldwide.
