Sales Development Representative (Position located in London, England)
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at KnowBe4 plays a pivotal role in initiating the sales process by generating opportunities and building the revenue pipeline. This position involves a combination of inbound lead conversion and outbound prospecting to identify potential clients. The SDR will collaborate closely with Territory and Account Executives to schedule meetings and drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include researching organizations that align with KnowBe4's ideal customer profile, reaching out to key stakeholders through various communication channels, and crafting personalized messages to engage potential clients. The SDR will also address objections, create enthusiasm about KnowBe4's offerings, maintain detailed records in the CRM system, and share insights with leadership during monthly business reviews.
The ideal candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, a friendly and engaging phone presence, and a resilient attitude capable of thriving despite rejection. Organizational skills with a focus on results are essential. While prior experience with MS Office, Gmail, Google Docs, and CRM systems is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Familiarity with sales tools or IT security concepts is also beneficial.
