Sales Development Representative (LATAM) (Fluent in Spanish)
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at KnowBe4 is a pre-sales support role focused on engaging potential customers in the Latin American (LATAM) market. This position involves researching and connecting with prospects to educate them about KnowBe4's security awareness training products, with the goal of qualifying leads and passing them to the sales team. The role is based in Clearwater, Florida, and candidates from the greater Tampa Bay area are encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities include reaching out to cold prospects via phone and email to generate interest in KnowBe4's offerings, developing and executing strong prospecting plans, and gauging the interest of prospects to qualify them as potential customers. The SDR will follow up on information-qualified leads (IQLs), identify key contacts for the sales team, and provide in-depth information to enable productive demos. Additionally, the role involves mapping global customer accounts, collaborating with sales and marketing teams on strategic approaches, and maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in
Candidates should have previous SDR experience, familiarity with standard concepts and practices within the IT security field, and experience with Gmail, Google Docs, and MS Office. Previous experience selling into LATAM IT markets is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in Spanish, good computer skills, and a friendly phone demeanor are essential. The ideal candidate is "pleasantly persistent," highly organized, and results-oriented.
