Sales Development Representative
Engine is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team in Tempe, Arizona. In this role, the SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities through high-volume outbound calls, prospecting, and other outreach efforts. The position involves introducing potential clients to Engine's solutions, qualifying their needs, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The SDR will also leverage tools like LinkedIn and email to identify new leads, research potential customers, and develop targeted outreach strategies. Collaboration with account executives, sales managers, and marketing teams is essential to align outreach efforts and share insights from the field. Maintaining accurate CRM records and staying updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales best practices are also key responsibilities.
Ideal candidates should be eager to start or advance their sales careers, with a strong desire to succeed and a natural sense of urgency. Compensation for this role includes a competitive base salary with opportunities for bonuses, commissions, and equity. The total on-target earnings (OTE) range is $90,000 USD.
