Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Westchester

Alo Yoga is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate for its Westchester location in White Plains, NY. This role is integral to achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience that embodies the Alo brand mission. The Sales Associate will engage with customers, provide product education, and foster a welcoming environment that reflects the company's commitment to mindful movement and community.

Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales targets through Alo's Flow initiatives, ensuring effective sales floor coverage, and maintaining a friendly shopping environment. The Sales Associate will build and maintain client relationships, analyze sales reports to strategize and deliver results, and educate customers about Alo's products, community, and culture. Additional duties involve processing shipments, visual merchandising, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and the ability to align with Alo's guiding principles. Candidates should be self-motivated, capable of constant movement around the store, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexibility to work during peak periods, including the holiday season, is required.

Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
