Sales Associate (Part-Time) - UTC Sarasota
The Sales Associate at ALO's UTC Sarasota location plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the company's mission of promoting mindful movement. This position involves engaging with customers to build genuine connections, educating them about ALO's products and community, and contributing to the store's overall success.
Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales goals through ALO's Flow initiatives, ensuring a welcoming and easy-to-shop environment, and maintaining effective sales floor coverage. The Sales Associate is also tasked with analyzing reports to strategize and deliver results, assisting in processing shipments, and ensuring product flow through visual merchandising and daily replenishment. Additionally, the role requires educating guests and staff on ALO's products, community, and culture.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and the ability to align with ALO's guiding principles. The role demands constant movement within the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move throughout an entire shift. Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team are essential.
Part-time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of four hours, based on the needs of the business. All employees must be available during the company's blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
