Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Tyson's Galleria

The Sales Associate at Alo Yoga's Tyson's Galleria location is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand's mission. This role involves creating authentic connections with guests, providing product education, and promoting the company's community and culture. The Sales Associate is expected to be well-versed in all aspects of product knowledge, including features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care. Success in this position requires a team-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities include positively impacting the business and store environment in alignment with company goals, driving and exceeding sales targets through Alo's Flow initiatives, and ensuring a friendly and accessible shopping experience for customers. The Sales Associate will build and maintain client relationships, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, and support action plans focusing on areas needing improvement while highlighting growth opportunities. Additional duties involve effective sales floor coverage, educating guests and staff on products and company culture, and assisting with visual merchandising and daily replenishment tasks.

Preferred qualifications for this role include at least one year of prior experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and the ability to embody Alo's guiding principles. Candidates should be self-motivated, capable of achieving results both individually and as part of a team, and able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for entire shifts. The position requires constant movement throughout the store, including the sales floor and back of house.

Part-time non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift length of four hours, based on business needs. All employees must be available to work during the company's blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
