Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Toronto Eaton Centre

The Sales Associate at ALO's Toronto Eaton Centre location plays a pivotal role in achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position involves creating authentic connections with guests, providing comprehensive product education, and embodying the brand's mission. Key responsibilities include positively impacting the store environment in alignment with company goals, driving and exceeding sales targets through ALO's Flow initiatives, and ensuring a welcoming shopping atmosphere. The Sales Associate is expected to build and maintain customer relationships, analyze sales reports to strategize and deliver results, and effectively cover the sales floor by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives. Additionally, the role involves educating guests and staff about ALO's products, community, and culture, as well as assisting in processing shipments and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Preferred qualifications for this role include at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, eager to achieve results both individually and as part of a team, and capable of constant movement throughout the store. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform various physical tasks such as bending and climbing, and stand for the entire duration of a shift.

Part-time Sales Associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift length of four hours, based on the needs of the business. All employees must be available to work during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the end of the holiday season.
