Sales Associate (Part-Time) - The Village at Corte Madera

Alo Yoga is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate for our store at The Village at Corte Madera. This role is integral to achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience that embodies our brand mission. As a Sales Associate, you will create authentic connections with customers, provide product education, and promote our community and culture.

Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales targets through Alo's Flow initiatives, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment, and building lasting relationships with customers. You will analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, support effective sales floor coverage, and educate guests and staff on our products and culture. Additionally, you will assist in processing shipments, visual merchandising, and maintaining store procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and aligns with Alo's guiding principles. You should be self-motivated, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfortable standing and moving throughout your shift. Flexibility to work up to 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with eligibility for monthly store incentives.
