Sales Associate (Part-Time) - The Summit at Fritz Farm

The Sales Associate at ALO's Summit at Fritz Farm location in Lexington, Kentucky, plays a pivotal role in delivering the brand's mission of mindful movement and community engagement. Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales goals by leading ALO's Flow initiatives, optimizing productivity and efficiency, and ensuring a friendly and easy-to-shop environment. The Sales Associate is expected to build and maintain client relationships, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, and ensure effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives.

Preferred qualifications include at least one year of prior experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles. The role requires constant movement within the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move for an entire shift.
