The Sales Associate at ALO's The Shops at Columbus Circle location is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales targets through ALO's Flow initiatives, ensuring a welcoming shopping environment, and building ongoing relationships with customers. The Sales Associate will analyze reports in collaboration with the leadership team to strategize and implement action plans, focusing on areas needing improvement and identifying growth opportunities. Additional duties encompass maintaining effective sales floor coverage, introducing all facets of the ALO business model, and assisting with inventory management and visual merchandising.
Preferred qualifications for this position include at least one year of experience in a client-focused sales environment, a passion for customer service, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles. Candidates should be self-motivated, capable of constant movement throughout the store, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. The role requires the ability to stand and move for the entire shift, as well as perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
Compensation for this part-time position ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
