Sales Associate (Part-Time) - The Mall at Short Hills

The Sales Associate at ALO is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand's mission. This role involves creating genuine connections with customers, providing product education, and promoting the company's community and culture. The Sales Associate is expected to be knowledgeable about all aspects of ALO's products, including features, benefits, fabrics, usage, design, and care.

Key responsibilities include positively impacting the business and store environment in alignment with company goals, driving and exceeding sales targets through ALO's Flow initiatives, and ensuring a friendly and easy-to-shop environment for customers. The Sales Associate will also build and maintain client relationships, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, and ensure effective sales floor coverage by leading selling initiatives. Additional duties involve processing shipments, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and executing front and back of house procedures according to company policies.

Preferred qualifications for this role include at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and the ability to embody ALO's guiding principles. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-driven, and thrives in a team-oriented culture that values feedback and excellence. Physical requirements include the ability to move constantly around the store, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for the entire shift.

Compensation for this part-time position ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with eligibility to participate in the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
