Sales Associate (Part-Time) - The Mall at Millenia

The Sales Associate at ALO is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the brand's mission of mindful movement. This role involves creating authentic connections with customers, providing comprehensive product education, and promoting the company's community and culture. The Sales Associate is expected to be knowledgeable about all aspects of the products, including features, benefits, fabrics, usage, design, and care. Success in this position requires a collaborative team spirit and a commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities include positively impacting the business and store environment in alignment with store leadership and company goals. The Sales Associate is tasked with driving and exceeding sales targets by leading ALO's Flow initiatives, optimizing productivity and efficiency, and ensuring customer engagement to provide a friendly and accessible shopping environment. Additional duties involve building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing reports with the leadership team to strategize and deliver results, and ensuring effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives. The role also encompasses educating customers and staff on products, community, and culture, as well as assisting in processing shipments and maintaining product flow, including visual merchandising and daily replenishment. Maintaining store cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency is also a key aspect of the position.

Preferred qualifications include at least one year of prior experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel both individually and as part of a team. Physical requirements include constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move for an entire shift.
