Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Streets at Southpoint

The Sales Associate at ALO's Streets at Southpoint location in Durham, North Carolina, plays a pivotal role in delivering the brand's mission of mindful movement and community engagement. This position is integral to creating an authentic and exceptional experience for every guest, embodying ALO's commitment to excellence both in-store and beyond.

Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales goals through ALO’s Flow initiatives, ensuring a friendly and easy-to-shop environment, and building lasting relationships with customers. The Sales Associate will also analyze reports in partnership with the leadership team to strategize and deliver results, support action plans focusing on growth opportunities, and ensure effective sales floor coverage. Additionally, the role involves educating guests and staff on ALO's products, community, and culture, as well as assisting in processing shipments and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and alignment with ALO’s guiding principles. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move for the entire shift.

Part-time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of four hours. All employees must be available during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
