Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Shops at Clearfork
The Sales Associate at Alo Yoga's Shops at Clearfork location is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the brand's mission. This role involves creating genuine connections with customers, providing product education, and promoting the community and culture of Alo Yoga. The Sales Associate is expected to be knowledgeable about all aspects of the products, including features, benefits, fabrics, usage, design, and care. Key responsibilities include positively impacting the business and store environment in alignment with store leadership and company goals. The Sales Associate is expected to drive and exceed sales goals by leading Alo's Flow initiatives, optimizing productivity and efficiency. Engaging with customers to provide a friendly and easy-to-shop environment is essential, as is building and maintaining client relationships. Additional duties involve analyzing reports to strategize and deliver results, ensuring effective sales floor coverage, and educating customers about the full range of Alo's offerings, including retail products, yoga classes, and café services. The role also includes processing shipments, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and executing front and back-of-house procedures in accordance with company policies.
Preferred qualifications for this role include at least one year of prior experience in a client-centric, sales environment. A passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences is essential. The ideal candidate aligns with and embodies Alo's guiding principles, is self-motivated with a desire to achieve results, and excels both individually and as part of a team. The position requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capability to stand and move for an entire shift.
Part-time, non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, based on the needs of the business, with a shift minimum of four hours. All employees are expected to be available during the company's blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the end of the holiday season.
