Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Sherway Gardens

The Sales Associate at Alo Yoga's Sherway Gardens location is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role involves creating authentic connections with guests, providing product education, and promoting the brand's community and culture. Alo Yoga is dedicated to mindful movement, aiming to inspire wellness and foster a community that extends the benefits of yoga beyond the studio.

Key responsibilities include positively impacting the store environment in alignment with company goals, driving and exceeding sales targets through Alo's Flow initiatives, and ensuring a friendly and accessible shopping experience. The Sales Associate will build and maintain client relationships, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, and ensure effective sales floor coverage. Additional duties involve processing shipments, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and executing front and back-of-house procedures according to company policies.

Preferred qualifications for this role include at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and alignment with Alo's guiding principles. Candidates should be self-motivated, capable of achieving individual and team results, and able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for entire shifts.

Part-time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of four hours, based on business needs. All employees must be available during the company's blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
