Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Pinecrest

The Sales Associate at ALO is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the brand's mission. Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales targets through ALO's Flow initiatives, ensuring effective sales floor coverage, and maintaining strong visual merchandising standards. The Sales Associate will also process shipments, manage inventory replenishment, and uphold all front and back-of-house procedures to ensure efficient store operations.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move throughout the entire shift, and perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
