Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Oakridge Centre

The Sales Associate at ALO's Oakridge Centre location in Vancouver is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role involves creating authentic connections with guests through product education and engagement, aligning with ALO's mission to promote mindful movement and a healthy lifestyle.

Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales goals by leading ALO's Flow initiatives, ensuring customer engagement, and providing a friendly shopping environment. The Sales Associate will build and maintain client relationships, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, and ensure effective sales floor coverage. Additional duties involve processing shipments, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and executing front and back of house procedures in accordance with company policies.

Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles. The role requires constant movement around the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move for an entire shift. Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team are essential.

Compensation for this position ranges from $17.75 to $19.75 CAD per hour. Associates are also eligible to participate in the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, which may increase total compensation.
