The Sales Associate is expected to build and maintain client relationships, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, and assist in processing shipments and product flow, including visual merchandising and daily replenishment.
Preferred qualifications for this role include at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and the ability to align with ALO's guiding principles. The position requires constant movement around the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move for an entire shift.
Compensation for this role ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
