Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Market Mall

The Sales Associate is expected to build and maintain client relationships, analyze sales reports to strategize improvements, and assist in processing shipments and product flow. Additionally, the role requires resolving customer needs promptly and educating guests about ALO's products and values.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The role demands constant movement within the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand for entire shifts. Self-motivation, alignment with ALO's guiding principles, and a desire to excel both individually and as part of a team are essential qualities.
Part-time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of four hours, based on business needs. All employees must be available during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
