Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Mall of America
The Sales Associate at ALO's Mall of America location is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an authentic and exceptional guest experience. This role involves creating genuine connections with customers, providing product education, and promoting the company's community and culture. Key responsibilities include positively impacting the business and store environment in alignment with company goals, driving and exceeding sales targets through ALO's Flow initiatives, and ensuring customer engagement in a friendly and accessible shopping environment. The role also involves building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing reports to strategize and deliver results, and ensuring effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives. Additionally, the Sales Associate is expected to educate guests and staff on products, community, and culture, and assist in processing shipments and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Preferred qualifications for this position include at least one year of prior experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move for an entire shift. Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team are essential.
Compensation for this role ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour in Bloomington, MN. Associates are also eligible to participate in the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, which may increase total compensation.
