Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Mall at Green Hills

The Sales Associate at Alo Yoga's Mall at Green Hills location in Nashville, TN, plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience that embodies the brand's mission of mindful movement. This part-time position involves engaging with customers to provide product education and fostering a welcoming environment that reflects Alo's commitment to community and culture.

Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales goals by implementing Alo's Flow initiatives, ensuring effective sales floor coverage, and maintaining strong visual standards. The Sales Associate is expected to build and maintain client relationships, analyze sales reports to strategize and deliver results, and assist in processing shipments and product flow, including visual merchandising and daily replenishment.

Preferred qualifications for this role include at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and the ability to align with and embody Alo's guiding principles. The position requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move for the entire shift.

Part-time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of 4 hours, based on business needs. All employees must be available during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
